Are you a Maintenance Engineer from a Hotel or Luxury development background with managerial experience looking for a role where you the go-to point of contact, responsible for a team of 8 Engineers?

On offer is the chance to head up the Engineering department for this luxurious brands new development in a role that bring status, autonomy and responsibility.

In this role you will be overseeing a team of 8 Engineers over 2 sites, which are less than a 10 minute walk apart. The role is mostly hands off, where you will be completing administrative and managerial tasks 70% of your time and solving difficult engineering challenges for the remainder. This will include budgeting, raising purchase orders and invoicing.

The company are a highly prestigious luxury brand of Hotels, apartments and residential suites - located not only in London but across the world. They pride themselves on their high-end apartments and clientele, meaning top communication and presentation skills are required.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background in Hotels / Facilities and managerial experience, who is looking to join a renowned and luxurious brand that offers status and recognition for your achievements through bonuses.

The Role:

• Overseeing a team of 8 Engineers across 2 local sites
• 70/30 split of managerial/admin and hands on maintenance
• Allocate engineers rotas, budgets, administration, reviews, mentoring junior staff

The Person:

• Maintenance Manager, Supervisor or similar experience
• Hotels / Luxury industry experience
