Client Summary:
A leading contractor for Network Rail. They have secured a number of engineering contracts for the coming years and offer excellent job security within the industry.

Position Summary
Responsible for servicing and maintaining a fleet of rail vehicles. The role covers mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics of Rail Wagons. Full training will be provided and candidates will be put through a number of industry specific qualifications.

Ideal for an Engineer with NVQ Level 2 (or similar) qualifications looking for a new position in a stable and secure industry

Duties include:
* Reactive and planned maintenance on a fleet of rail vehicles
* Covering mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
* Predominantly workshop based with the occasional travel to site

Essential experience:
* Hold a Level 2/3 Engineering qualification in any discipline
* Previous experience within a heavy maintenance background is highly advantageous
* Happy to work outside in any weather conditions
