In this role you will be working with apprenticeship to guide them through their apprenticeship. You will act as a coach, mentor and leader to help them navigate there way through their apprenticeship to be a fully qualified times served engineer.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a multi skilled maintenance engineering role and have an electrical bias. You will be based near Hull, Scunthorpe or Grimsby and have some experience mentoring or helping team members.

This is a brilliant role for an electrical maintenance engineer to join a leading training provider where you will be a vital cog in the wheel and work with the next generation of engineers.

The role:
*Monday to Friday 8-4
*Trainer role
*Working with apprentices to help them complete their apprenticeship.
*Home based role.
*Full training provided.

The person:

*Live commutable to the Scunthorpe
*Have a background in manufacturing maintenance engineering
*Hold electrical qualifications.
*Wants to move into a trainer role
*Candidates that have had some exposure to training or have coached/mentored candidates are encouraged to apply
