Main duties will include –
To assist the department in providing maintenance support for all departments within the team.
To assist production when necessary to maintain production output.
Prompt attendance to machinery failures/breakdowns which will include fault findings on electronics/electrical system and repairs
Complete and update tasks using a maintenance based software
To provide assistance to service engineers/contractors.
To generate ideas for improvements
Fault finding, repairing and improving all aspects of control systems.
Proficient in PLC programming and introducing updates.
Replacing outdated control systems.
Assisting departments to ensure all standards are upheld and maintained
CI activities for the business.
Candidate attributes –
Supporting a fast paced FMCG environments
Ideally will have 5 – 10 years’ experience working within a production support position
Sound knowledge of electronic control systems, instrumentation , PLC programs and systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss problems and assist rectifying them
