Maintenance Engineer

The purpose of this position is to provide a comprehensive high standard of maintenance support to the Club, across all sites. The role's responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• To Carry our basic repairs and general maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry works
• Reactive works
• To carry out various small projects and tasks to allow the smooth running of the Stadium and Training Ground.
• Occasional porter duties
• To carry out PPMs, Pre-event checks and Matchday checks
• To provide matchday cover when required at both the stadium and training ground.
• To work on their own initiative.
• Ensure all health and safety / legal requirements are met.

As confident custodians, all staff must adhere to the Club’s Health and Safety policy as well as comply with all role specific health and safety requirements. In addition, all staff have the responsibility to report any breach or potential breach in health & safety to a member of the H&S committee or senior manager.

The ideal candidate will have previous facilities maintenance experience and ideally 3 years experience working in a similar environment. They must obtain a UK driving licence and have a flexible attitude to work tasks and a genuine commitment to high quality client service.
