Our Client is looking to recruit a Multi-skilled Maintenance Team Leader with a background in machine repair, PPM and problem solving at their Goldthorpe Distribution site.

What you can expect in this role:

  • Leading a team of Engineers to complete planned and preventative maintenance
  • Completing planned and preventative maintenance yourself, when needed
  • Day to day machine breakdown resolution
  • Arranging subcontractors for PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Creating Maintenance plans, and logging maintenance on a data base
  • A flexible work schedule


What we need from you:

  • Be an experienced multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of 4 years Industrial / Manufacturing or related experience, NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent.
  • Have previous experience in a fast paced engineering environment.
  • Be able to support a team and work together to overcome challenges
  • Be able to work under your own initiative
  • Be willing to work overtime to cover spikes in production demand and holiday/sickness cover within the department.
  • Be able to create PPM plans and lead a team to complete them.
