Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Salary: Circa £45,000 (+ overtime)
Location: Eye
Working hours: Monday - Friday (earlies & lates)
Benefits: 25 days Holiday + overtime (Monday - Saturday x1.5 & Sunday x2) + Christmas + Summer parties + Free products

The Company:

My client, a well-established British family business and high-quality and sustainable manufacturer, is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate would be a competent maintenance engineer with experience in manufacturing environments. Must have a positive attitude, be able to show initiative and enjoy challenges. You will be attending mechanical and electrical breakdowns, fault finding and assisting with site planned maintenance on a variety of equipment. You will Assist with small projects and continuous improvements and will need to show a commitment to quality and safety as well as assisting in keeping the factory safe and compliant.

Personal requirement;

• Several years experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Must have completed an onsite apprenticeship or hold a level 3 NVQ or above in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
