Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team of experts at an established and well-known group of companies. As market leaders in their field, we they pride themselves on an innovative approach to technology and maintenance.

Role Summary:

  • Position: Maintenance Engineer
  • Location: Kidderminster
  • Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM), Friday (8:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

What You’ll Do:

  • React Promptly: Be the first line of defence against equipment failure, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Planned Maintenance: Follow scheduled preventative maintenance routines meticulously.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with engineering management to enhance long-term reliability and contribute to exciting project work.
  • Technical Expertise: Tackle fluid and pneumatic power systems, including power packs, compressors, and vacuum pumps.
  • Material Handling: Engage with material transfer systems and mixing equipment.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in engineering.
  • Strong mechanical maintenance and engineering skills.
  • Process awareness, diagnostic abilities, and problem-solving aptitude.
