Salary: £35,000-£38,000 DOE

Location: Raunds, Northamptonshire

Hours: 6:00-14:00 Mon-Thurs, 6:00-11:30 Fri / 13:30-22:00 Mon-Thurs, 10:30-16:00 Weekly Rotation

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Role

· Minimise production downtime, by carrying out routine scheduled maintenance (PPMs) and respond to unplanned breakdowns within the stipulated timeframes.

· Carry out both planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns to plant machinery efficiently and effectively.

· Ensure that production operations maximise output and minimise downtime safely through regular planned maintenance.

· Respond to unplanned breakdowns in a timely and effective manner, working alongside engineering and production colleagues to minimise disruption.

· Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns

· Carry out all work according to company procedures and Health & Safety Policies

The Requirements

· Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment (essential)

· Multi-skilled Electromechanical Engineer - Mechanical Bias preferred (essential)

· Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic capabilities (essential)

· Relevant Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs) - Advantageous

· Knowledge of PLC systems (advantageous)

· Full UK Driving License required
