A global manufacturer of plastic products has heavily invested in their Northamptonshire plant and is seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Maintenance Engineer as a result.

Based in a modern facility you will work closely with other Mechanical Engineers and Electricians to ensure that plant and equipment is kept up and running with minimal down time, and maintenance schedules are upheld.

***£42,000-£45,000, Monday - Friday Day shift***

As a Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include -

  • Maintaining and repairing production machinery.
  • Keeping reports and documenting work carried out.
  • Installing temporary/new or upgraded equipment with pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical components onto operating and production systems.

To be successful in the role of Maintenance Engineer the ideal Candidate will-

  • Have experience of maintaining and repairing injection moulding machines.
  • Hold a relevant Mechanical qualification and have experience of pneumatics and/or hydraulics.
  • Have good diagnostic / fault-finding skills.

Based near Kettering, this role is commutable from Leicester, Oakham, Peterborough, Market Harborough, Northampton and all surrounding areas.
