Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) - West London - Facilities Management - £40,000 DOE

A great opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client site in West London.

• Full time Permanent role
• Monday to Friday
• 30 am to 18.30
• 4 on 4 off
• £40,000 DOE

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• rectification of defects, ensuring all safety and performance standards are met in accordance with the contract.
• Carry out routine maintenance work associated with all mechanical systems.
• Supervise specialist contractors and ensure all certification/ documentation is completed.
• Liaise with and respond to the Help desk ensuring that urgent maintenance tasks are responded to within appropriate timescales.

The Ideal Candidate:

• ONC/OND, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience within a building services environment.
• Knowledge of PSSR 2000/Confined Space, Legionella, and Permit to Work systems.
• Good all-round knowledge of Facility Management and Building Service Engineering.
