In this role you will be working within a small team to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on the factories broad range of manufacturing equipment. You will be using your expertise to fault find, diagnose and repair the machinery to ensure the smooth running of the factory.

This role would be suited to an electrically biased multi skilled engineer looking to leap into a company that can offer brilliant training and progression opportunities.

The Responsibilities:

• Carry out fault diagnosis and preventative maintenance works on all production process equipment, dispatch equipment, cookers and electrical systems, including electrical cabling and wiring
• The installation of conduit, wiring and cabling systems.
• The repair / replacement of power distribution equipment. Lighting installations, Electrical control equipment.
• The removal and installation of pumps and motors.
• Train in legionella & ammonia
• Panama shift pattern (alternating weeks of days and nights)

The Person:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Food manufacturing experience essential
