Factory based (Leicester, northampton, peterborough, corby commutable)

£30,000 - £36,000 (including shift allowance) + Fantastic Training + Massive Career Progression + Bonus + 35 days Holiday + Benefits (Health care, Market leading Pension)

Shift: Monday/friday rotating Days, Backs and Nights (8 hour shifts)

Are you a Electrical Technician/Engineer/ Industrial Electrician looking to join the a rapidly expanding bespoke blue chip manufacturer with full technical training for you to become an Engineering manager or Supervisor alongside bonus, no call out and the chance to work on specialist equipment and machinery?

This is a varied role where you will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern which is a mix of days and nights, you will undergo thorough training before being responsible for planned reactive and preventative maintenance on specialist industrial machinery.

The Person:
* Electrical engineering background
* Formal Electrical engineering qualification (NVQ, Apprenticeship, HND or Degree)
* Keen to develop and progress
