From day-to-day upkeep of the building and grounds to ensuring top-notch health and safety standards, your role will be vital in maintaining our luxury property. Location: Osbern Manor, 26-28 Hoath Lane, Wigmore, Gillingham, Kent ME8 0SW

Hours: 40 hours per week - (20 hours maintenance assistant and 20 hours mini-bus driver)

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Contract: Full-time

Shift: Days

What will you be doing:

  • Day to day maintenance on the building, services, equipment and grounds.
  • Assisting in upholding the company’s health and safety, emergency, and fire policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the home is a safe and efficient order.
  • Respond to any maintenance queries as quickly as possible.

What you need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
