Position: Flat Maintenance Assistant

Location: Edinburgh, Scotland

Ideal Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Perform flat maintenance tasks including changing light bulbs, batteries, basic plumbing/electric, and appliances.
• Assist with upkeep of communal areas such as taking out bins to designated areas and servicing communal doors.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks to maintain a high standard of property maintenance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
