To facilitate small internal removals on request as stated in the University Removals Procedure and as directed by the Facilities Manager.

To drive all University Fleet vehicles as directed by the Facilities Manager, central campus and reprographics deliveries.

To wear uniform as provided and be of smart appearance at all times

To attend training as required in accordance with the duties of the post

To work in accordance with the operating procedures and protocols and ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with health and safety legislation

To ensure that all activity ultimately contributes to internal and external customer satisfaction, maintaining professional standards across all aspects of the role

To work as a member of a team and participate in regular team meetings To undertake any other reasonable duties, commensurate with the grade, as requested

Experience of a mailroom , delivery or stores environment Experience of record keeping Experience of organising or scheduling work Experience of dealing with customers Experience of providing good customer service

Driving licence ( with no more than 3 penalty points and no unspent record of disqualification)
