Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operative to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Operating machines and equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal output
• Performing routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure proper functioning
• Conducting quality checks on finished products to maintain quality standards
• Following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the production process

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operative or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery effectively
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
