Joining an established, well respected, mid-tier firms Transaction Tax team - you'll work closely with the wider Corporate Finance team and under the stewardship of a high calibre Transactions Tax Partner. With your colleagues will be responsible for delivering great results for clients across a range of interesting & challenging transactions (sectors including; Consumer, Healthcare, Technology, and Business Services).

- CTA, ATT Qualified

- Good knowledge of Transactions Tax

- Strong experience & examples managing complex client relationships

- Strong experience as Assistant Manager looking for the step up to Manager, OR an existing Manager seeking a new environment
