Due to continuing growth, I am searching for a driven Tax Manager to join a well-renowned firm in their Southampton office within their M&A division.

This is an excellent opportunity which offers hybrid working and competitive salary & benefits, whilst working within an exceptional team.

Your Role as Tax Manager

  • Lead and manage tax due diligence processes for M&A transactions, identifying tax risks and opportunities.
  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients on structuring M&A deals to optimise tax efficiency and minimise risk.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of tax implications, including tax modelling and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and financial advisors, to ensure seamless execution of M&A transactions.
  • Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
