Our publication, a leading luxury media organisation, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Executive / Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company's accelerated growth and showcase your sales expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Acquisition & Growth: You will be responsible for understanding the core products within the brand and finding advertising solutions for existing and new clients across digital and print platforms. This includes sourcing new business from editorial leads and trade shows, preparing accurate sales proposals, and presenting them to clients. Managing client accounts and negotiating contracts and pricing will also be part of your role. Your ability to exceed challenging targets and win new business will be essential.

- Market Feedback: You will provide regular sales updates at team meetings, keeping everyone informed of your progress and insights.

- CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of your business development activities on the Salesforce CRM system. Ensure all documentation is complete post-sales.

- Industry Events: As part of new business development, you will have the opportunity to travel internationally to attend trade shows and drive sales while networking with industry professionals.

What you'll have:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-starter mentality, resilience to overcome objections, and motivation for a long sales cycle environment
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Experience in outbound sales, including prospecting and managing a sales pipeline
  • Drive and passion for sales, with a proven track record of strong negotiation skills, high performance, and target achievement
  • Proven experience in sourcing opportunities and canvassing potential clients via cold calling
  • Experience working with sales revenue targets and KPIs

- Nice to have: industry experience within b2b media sales, luxury, or a second language proficiency
