We are seeking passionate and experienced Luxury Sales Associates to join our team at London Heathrow. Job Description:
As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for a dynamic clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized and attentive service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Showcase an in-depth knowledge of our luxury products and their features.
- Demonstrate the ability to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with the brand's aesthetic.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Passion for luxury products and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Multilingual skills (a plus).
