Flagship Store Host – LONDONHigh Luxury French House – Bond Street About:
  • One of the most prestigious and successful luxury brand in the world.
  • Specialised in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear.
  • Located in the flagship Store on Bond Street 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and engage with customers entering the store and introduce to the relevant team member.
  • Plan appointments & coordinate the agenda of the day and personally welcome customers entering the store.
  • Manage waiting time appropriately and reassure customers. When possible, offer a seat, prepare, and serve refreshments/teas/coffees for customers.
Requirements:
  • Well groomed, well spoken, warm and friendly personality, excellent command of English.
  • Experience working in luxury in a fast paste environment.
  • Experience hosting clients, managing queues, taking orders, bookings, reservations in high end hotels, restaurants, cabin crew etc.  
Offering:
  • Salary up to £36,000 basic
  • Bonus
