We are seeking dynamic and passionate Luxury Beauty Advisors to join our team. As a Luxury Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service and expertise to our discerning clientele. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized beauty consultations and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge across our portfolio of luxury skincare, makeup, and fragrance brands.
• Assisting clients with product selection, application techniques, and skincare routines to achieve their desired results.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through follow-up communication and personalized service.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Staying current on beauty trends, industry developments, and product innovations to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring the seamless operation of the beauty department.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in luxury retail, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Strong passion for skincare, makeup, and fragrance, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the luxury experience we offer to our clients.
