Supporting customers across the UK both in-store and online, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the loyalty programme for this leading UK retailer!
THE COMPANY
This client is a huge, household name retailer, operating as the leader in their market sector and a go-to for customer needs. With a powerful loyalty scheme and different product offerings, the Analytics function supports various projects for the business.
THE ROLE
As a Loyalty Analyst, on the day-to-day, you will be:
- Conducting deep-dive analysis into data to segment the database for better understanding of the customer database
- Working on cross-sell and up-sell initiatives between business areas to maximise customer value and encourage membership to the loyalty scheme
- Using LTV metrics to understand customer frequency, average transaction value, acquisition, retention and incremental spend behaviours
- Creating actionable insights and presenting back to non-technical teams.
- Forecasting promotional performance to the finance team.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent skills in SQL for data analysis, manipulation and coding, and data visualisation for reporting and sharing insights
- Previous customer insight or campaign analytics experience for understanding the customer base and important customer KPIs - loyalty, acquisition, retention, churn, LTV
- Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills for sharing insights
