Loss Prevention Manager

Loss Prevention Manager | Salary up to £50,000 + Benefits | Fashion Retail | Field Role

Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for a Loss Prevention Manager for a well-known fashion retailer. Loss Prevention Managers develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategies that reduce the risk of loss to the business, making recommendations that will improve operational compliance. This role will be a field-based position covering stores across the UK.

Loss Prevention Manager Responsibilities:

• Help our stores feel like safe and secure places to work and shop
• Liaise with stakeholders across the company, to ensure you are reducing risk of loss
• Work closely with the teams in store and build strong relationships with local police
• Identify any high-risk areas and act as a strong deterrent
• Engage with the store manager to ensure Company LP standards within stores are adhered to at all times.

LP Manager requirements:

• You'll be flexible to work across different stores and opening times
• Travel will be required on a day to day basis to cover a cluster of stores, so a full UK driving licence would be an advantage
• Fully flexible to work 5 out of 7 days including weekends and evenings
• Committed to keeping our store teams and customers safe
• Well organised with the ability to work well in a fast and busy store
• Hardworking, self-motivated and always ready to use your initiative
• A confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, police and customers.
