NonStop Care is currently working with a well-established authority in the Berkshire area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Looked After Children team.

They are offering remote working flexibility for staff, meaning less travel and more freedom for you to manage your own diary.

As a permanent this position provides long-term stability and the opportunity of progression within the authority.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities within this role include the support and supervision of Looked After Children, carrying out assessments to ensure best practise principles are being applied.

• Engage with children, their carers and families in such a way as to clearly understand their circumstances, wishes and feelings and form conclusions which direct longer term interventions focused on the best interests of the child.
