We are looking for a Day & Night Duty Coordinator to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:

Key Responsibilities

· Provide operational support to direct the team of chauffeurs working out of central London.

· Designate medical jobs daily, working alongside the cargo supervisor.

· Allocate all other jobs appropriately as directed by authorised logistics staff and Clients.

· Advise logistics management of all unauthorised request for transport assistance.

· To report any vehicle faults to appropriate department/supervisor.

· Ensure a professional approach is undertaken in performing duties when interacting with clients, colleagues and external providers, with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.

· Ensure the vehicles being used by designated personnel are always at presentable standard.

· Respect the nature of the company's business and adhere to strict code of conduct.

· Comply with all Health and Safety regulations as governed by the Health and Safety at work Act 1974 (and any amendments).

· Be aware of and adhere to organisational policies and procedures.

· Carry out any other reasonable requests as directed by management.

· Be able to work on a flexible work/rota schedule as required by operational needs.

· Ensure that the work mobile phone is always switched on and answered when called.

· Ensure each delegated task to chauffeurs is entered into the necessary logistics auditing systems.

Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities

· Experience of fleet operations

· Experience of coordinating multiple vehicle operations

· Experience of managing personnel
