Logistics Coordinator

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Job Type: Full Time 

Salary Range: £25,000 £30,000 (DOE)

Reed Epsom are supporting a client who is looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our company’s logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth day to day running of the logistics operations. 

Day to Day of the role:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring smooth process flow.
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, and transport companies.
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
  • Solve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).
  • Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
