We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s Leading FMCG companies who are looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator. It’s an exciting new opportunity to work for a recognised leading company specialising in Retail and Digital E-commerce, they offer an outstanding experience for users by making their services/products easily accessible online, anywhere, anytime and on any device!

• Work Type - 18 month FTC
• Location - Watford
• Industry - Gaming/ Lottery
• Salary - Up to £32,000

Main Responsibilities as a Logistics Co-ordinator

• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and manage customer expectations.
• Coordinate the installation and deinstallation of products into retail stores.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and promote a customer-centric experience.
• Uphold the brand by delivering exemplary service.
• Escalate complex issues to management.
• Serve as a central point of contact for retailers and internal teams.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in the delivery of the products to stores.
• Enhance departmental KPIs and the customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience & Skills Required

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or customer service environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Experience in liaising with customers and collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Background in retail environments and executing sales strategies.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and understand the commercial implications of decisions.
