This is a great opportunity to join a market leader in their industry, recruiting for a temporary Logistics Administrator, based in the Dartford area.

This is a key role within the business and you will be supporting a very busy warehouse and logistics team.

  • Scan RUN POD's/organise for archive
  • Kitbuilding
  • Daily Operations Meeting sheet
  • Daily Cost Tracker
  • Time sheets daily for all Agency Staff
  • Update hours spreadsheet
  • Investigations
  • General Enquiries
  • Providing ETA's
  • Printing/preparing S/O Picks
  • Logistics Weekly Report (Fridays)
  • Update Weekly Info PowerPoint (Fridays/Mondays)

Essential:-

  • Extensive administrative experience
  • High Level of all Microsoft packages
  • Salesforce and Dynamics 365 experience would be beneficial.
  • Logistics experience

This is a Monday - Friday role, working 8 hours per day with varied start times depending on the needs of the business.
