Brook Street (UK) Ltd is seeking a Logistics Administrator to work for our global client in their Derry site.

The successful candidate will work closely with their clients` Customer Service teams to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time, and to ensure that all administration related to logistics and dispatch is completed accurately and within deadline.

The main tasks to be conducted by the Logistics Administrator are as follows:

  • Processing customer invoices
  • Ensuring deliveries are made by the agreed deadline
  • Providing first-line support to the client and internal DSV customers
  • Ensuring that all issues are dealt with proactively
  • Operating as a key-holder
  • Managing the customer service aspects of the contracts
  • Meeting each client`s operational requirements
  • Supporting colleagues in all departments to provide an enhanced service to customers


This is a permanent role, the salary is £24,700, the hours of work are 0830-1730, and the days of work are Monday to Friday. Benefits include:
