Locum placement fostering social worker in South West - Fully remote!

Salary £30-£32 per hour

NonStop Social Care is currently working with a qualified social worker with experience in matching and referrals (fostering) . The contract is locum for 3-6 months or more, great stability and supportive team.

The Fostering agency operates as a charity and is well-known for the home-based flexibility. You will work fully remote as a duty social worker. There will be travel involved but not as much, this is to see carers in the South West region: North Somerset, Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, Gloucestershire, Swindon, Wiltshire.

Responsibilities

The core tasks will be co-ordination of the matching service offered to Local Authorities, provide support service to foster carers, provide duty service to LA social workers in relation to the children that are placed in the charity's care, liaise with SSW team.

Requirements

- you are a Qualified Social Worker

- you have 2-3 years of working knowledge of fostering social worker, in particular referrals and matching
