Locum Pharmacist – Canterbury - Hospital training provided!

Hunter Gatherer AHP have an amazing opportunity based with a community hospital in Canterbury. The manager is on the lookout for a GPhC-registered pharmacist to join the dispensary on a full-time locum basis. The post holder will be responsible for clinically assessing in-patients and discharge prescriptions by reviewing current in-patient medication charts against discharge prescriptions on ePMA. The pharmacist will also help ensure dipensed items are sent to the outpatients department and those with no prior NHS experience will be suitable as training is provided. 

Working hours are 9am-5pm w/ 30-minute break – 7.5 working hours per day, 37.5 hours per week. Flexible days are acceptable depending on how the CV lands with the department – this is a 6-month contract which is likely to extend.

–       Locum Pharmacist

–       £23-28 per hour depending on prior NHS experience

–       Ongoing contract with 2 week notice period
