We have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Executive Assistant to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Bath. This is to start ASAP for 3 months to begin with.

Job Description

To provide a responsive and efficient Executive Assistant service to the Executive Director(s) using their reason, intellect and judgement to manage own workload, make decisions and proactively deal with issues without reference to others. To assist in the planning and execution of work arising from the Director(s) and their Deputy(s)/Direct Reports.

It is essential that the post holder undertakes the extensive duties with flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm and operates as an integral part of the Directors’ Office.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
• Previous NHS experience performing a similar role
