Acute Mental Health Occupational Therapist Band 6- West Midlands- 3 Month Contract

Hunter AHP have a fantastic opportunity for an Acute Occupational Therapist to work in the West Midlands. My client is looking for a Band 6 Locum and can offer full time hours.
My client is looking for OT with experience in working within an acute hospital-based setting and extensive experience of Mental Health, experience of the administration and interpretation of commonly used standardised assessments, experience of a range of manual handling assessments and evidence of provision of low to high level manual handling equipment and experience of early intervention and acute rehabilitation.
 

 Summary of the role as follows:

  • Job Title: Acute Occupational Therapy Band 6/7
  • Location: West Midlands
  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Start Date: April 2024
  • End Date: July 2024
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • £30-£35 per hour


Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

  • Current and valid registration with the HCPC as an OT.
  • Proven experience with Mental Health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
