Birchrose Associates have partnered with a reputable law firm in the East of England seeking a Locum Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to start a role from June for up to 6 months in duration

The Opportunity

Our client, a reputable, friendly practice is seeking a Locum Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist in the team. The ideal candidate will have availability to start a new role at the start of June and will be on hand to assist for up to 6 months in duration.

The firm are happy to take someone on a part-time or full-time basis, and flexible hours will be considered. This is an office-based role.

Responsibilities

The Locum would assume responsibility for covering a varied private family caseload. Duties to include:

  • Children matters
  • Divorce
  • Financial matters
  • Prenuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements

Requirements

  • Experience dealing with private family caseloads
