Our busy, modern client are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer on a locum basis for 6 months plus.

The ideal Locum Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer will be to start ASAP or within the next couple of weeks.

  • The successful Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer will have responsibilities for:
  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion
  • Working with sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages
  • Drafting of legal documentation
  • Working within professional standards and legislation
  • Ensure compliance is adhered to
  • Providing high-quality legal advance and representation to the company’s clients

The successful Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer will be working for a lovely, busy team where some hybrid working is an option.
