Pro-Fount Recruitment are looking to recruit Loading Shovel Drivers based in Doncaster, DN9.

**Due to location you will need to live local or have transport to get to site for a 6am start**

Loading Shovel Driver Benefits:

  • Location: Doncaster: DN9
  • Pay: Up to £12 - £14 per hour DOE
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - Friday - 6am to 6pm
  • Contract: Temp ongoing possibility of temp to perm
  • Free onsite parking

Loading Shovel Driver Duties:

  • Operate a loading shovel
  • Loading material into hopper
  • Perform routine maintenance such as morning walk round checks on equipment used, and; reporting any damage/faults to management
  • Grease shovel and other plant as part of maintenance checks
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • General cleaning up of the yard

Loading Shovel Driver Criteria:

  • Must have experience driving a loading shovel
  • Loading shovel licence required (in house will be considered)
  • Must have a good work ethic and be hard working
  • Professional and effective communication skills with colleagues
  • Calm under pressure and proactive in solving problems
  • Reliable, excellent attendance and timekeeping
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Can work in a team and independently
  • Excellent understanding and daily practice of health and safety at work
