Are you a recent graduate from the LJMU Education program, eager to kickstart your teaching career? Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young learners' lives? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to grow and thrive as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) in South Liverpool!

Position: Full-time Primary Teacher (Ideal for Early Career Teachers)

Location: South Liverpool

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that inspire curiosity and foster academic growth.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect and collaboration.
  • Assess student progress and use data to inform instruction and support individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies and interventions.
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to build strong partnerships that support student success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education from LJMU (2024 graduate).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to making a difference in students' lives.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a supportive professional environment.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
