Live out Housekeeper - West Sussex

Silver Swan is currently seeking an excellent Housekeeper for a lovely new client in Pulborough, West Sussex. The House Manager is a longstanding contact of ours, looking to build and grow a professional, quality team of household staff. The successful Housekeeper will be working for a Couple with 3 children, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. They live in a large manor hose, and their business is also run on the estate. There will be a lot of changes in the coming months, and we are focusing on building a team who can compliment this growth and use initiative to implement high standards of service at all times. This is a fully staffed household, and the successful Housekeeper will be reporting to the House Manager.

The successful Housekeeper will be working as part of a Housekeeping team of 4. Basic service experience is also required and candidates will be required to help with serving lunch / dinner to the family. Additional service may be required when extra guests attend the property, and further training can be provided for this.

Responsibilities:

• Daily general Housekeeper duties
• Cleaning, laundry, and ironing
• Assisting the Housekeeper team on deep cleans
• Table service for family and guests when required
• Assisting with tending to the family pets
• Household shopping and errands
• Reporting any issues to the House Manager

Ideal candidate:

• MUST have the right to live and work in the UK
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work on rotation with 3 other housekeepers

Package:

• Working week: 5 days / week varying from Monday - Sunday on rota, 8am - 8pm
• Start: ASAP
• Salary: £40-45k
