Live out Housekeeper, Oxfordshire

Silver Swan is currently searching for a Housekeeper with exceptional laundry and wardrobe management skills to work for our client in Oxfordshire. The successful Housekeeper will be working alongside a team of five Housekeepers within this full staffed property. This is a full time residence for a family of 5, with 3 family members living at the property permanently. The successful Housekeeper must be dog friendly, and have experience working in busy, family households previously.

The successful Housekeeper will be working on a live out basis.

Responsibilities:

• Wardrobe management including packing and unpacking
• Managing wardrobe inventories
• General Housekeeper duties - cleaning, tidying, and organising to a high standard
• Laundry & Ironing
• Caring for delicate fabrics
• Helping with front of house and service if needed
• Ad hoc household shopping and errands

Ideal candidate:

• MUST have the right to live and work in the UK - we do not offer visa sponsorship
• Experience in a similar role is preferrable
• Must be dog friendly
• Excellent wardrobe management abilities are essential - Lady’s Maid experience would be a huge bonus
• Flexible, team player - must be happy to muck in with other areas if and when required
• Must be a driver with own car due to the location of the property

Package:

• Working week: 5 days / 40-45 hours per week (organised on a rota basis in advance)
• Salary: £38,000+ gross per annum depending on level of experience
• Start date: As soon as possible
