Role:
The successful candidate will be integral to the firm's litigation department, handling a diverse caseload that encompasses commercial and civil disputes. The role demands a proactive approach to resolving complex legal issues, providing strategic advice to a varied client base, and representing clients in courts and tribunals.

Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years PQE in litigation
- A robust understanding of civil procedure rules and litigation processes
- Demonstrated ability to handle a comprehensive caseload with minimal supervision
- Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills
- A track record of providing pragmatic and commercially astute advice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues alike
