Litigation Solicitor -

Salary up to £50,000 per annum plus Bonus

Requirements

• The ideal Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive will have at least 3 years PQE within EL/PL work.
• Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload.
• Genuine tenacity.
• A focus on advancing cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
• Ability to handle EL fast-track cases. Although a non-portal caseload - the successful candidate must have experience of the portal.
• Knowledge of the civil procedure rules
• Knowledge of Proclaim case management system.
• You must be able to work under limited supervision
• Manage your own time effectively, with initiative and discipline
• You must be able to work to targets and deadlines
