Due to growth, a long-established, Essex-based is looking for an Litigation Solicitor to join the existing the department based in its Chelmsford office.

The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give the right support required to climb the career ladder. This is a great opportunity for an NQ-3 years’ PQE solicitor to join a growing firm. 

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate should be a qualified solicitor. It would be suitable for someone newly qualified (NQ)-3 years’ PQE, you must be accustomed to handling a variety of litigation files and have strong technical knowledge.

There is plenty of support for fee earners and this role will build on the success of the existing team, currently 3 solicitors and support staff.

Your role will involve:

  • Handling a varied caseload of litigation matters working on the behalf of both firms and individuals
  • Work on commercial litigation files, property disputes, dept recovery and employment matters
  • Support the firm in building its commercial property network
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain a reputation for outstanding service
  • Contribute to the wider business objectives in line with the business strategy, vision and values
