A long standing, reputable law firm is seeking to appoint a litigation solicitor to join its Kidderminster office. You will join to lead the general litigation practice to undertake a caseload and build upon this. 

The firm/team

It is a longstanding firm with two offices. The team is relatively small at present with one litigation solicitor undertaking mainly contentious probate but plenty of general litigation work coming through the door!

The role

You will join as general litigation solicitor with plenty of autonomy taking on a caseload to include:

  • Property litigation
  • Contentious probate
  • Debt recovery
  • Breach of contract 
  • Professional negligence 

The role will include building and developing this work and management of junior staff as the team grows! 

The person

  • 3 years’ + PQE 
  • Not afraid to get involved in BD and marketing of the dept and firm as a whole 
  • Able to hit the ground running on your own litigation caseload 
  • A team player who fits in with their family friendly and collaborative culture
