We are working in partnership with an award-winning, Lexcel accredited, Legal 500-recognised Coventry law firm, who are looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their busy team

The Litigation team deal with a wide range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters for both businesses and individuals,

The role will involve:

  • Running a wide-ranging caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters which may include
    • contractual and commercial disputes
    • consumer contracts
    • intellectual property
    • business ownership disputes
    • construction disputes
    • business regulation
    • high court and country court litigation
    • professional negligence
    • landlord and tenant disputes
    • debt recovery, insolvency and business recovery
  • Liaising with clients, advising them on litigation matters and keeping them fully updated

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Fully qualified status (solicitor or FCILEx) with around 3 to 5 years' PQE
  • Experience of running a wide-ranging litigation caseload
  • Sound understanding/knowledge of litigation law
  • Excellent communication skills

This is a full time permanent job, working 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working will be accommodated.
