A modern and longstanding firm is seeking to appoint a litigation solicitor to join its Walsall office on a full-time basis. This position offers hybrid working, free parking and a favourable pension and bonus scheme. 

The firm/team

This reputable Legal 500 firm is looking for a forward thinking and dynamic litigation solicitor with around 5 years’ experience. The firm works completely paperless and has extensive training on this when you join. The offices are open plan and the litigation team as a whole comprises of around 8 people plus secretarial support. 

The role 

As a litigation solicitor within this team, you will work on a range of matters to include:

  • Landlord and tenant
  • Boundary disputes
  • Housing act matters
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Dilapidation claims and more

The person

To be considered you’ll have at least 5 years’ PQE with the ability to prepare advice notes, undertake advocacy, draft negotiation documents along with running your own files with minimal supervision. You must be keen to undertake and be a part of business development activities with the department.
