An esteemed Legal 500 firm is in search of a proficient Property Litigation Solicitor to enhance their litigation team. They are specifically seeking a candidate with a solid background in property-related disputes and litigation. If you possess a keen understanding of property law and a proven track record of successfully handling complex property litigation matters, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload primarily focused on property litigation matters, including boundary disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts, lease disputes, and property ownership issues.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding property-related disputes, risk management, and settlement negotiations.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings, ensuring effective advocacy and resolution of disputes.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating dedication to client service and satisfaction.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking, client outreach, and participation in industry events.
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of PQE in property litigation.
- Exceptional technical knowledge and understanding of property law principles and litigation procedures.
- Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and nurturing client relationships.
- Experience in business development activities and a willingness to actively contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
- Strong work ethic, dedication to excellence, and a commitment to delivering outstanding legal services to clients.
