My client is searching for a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their Thanet, Kent team on a hybrid basis.

The Ideal candidate

A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least three years’ post-qualification experience.

The ideal candidate with experience in representing clients in disputes relating to the below.

• Property law including landlord and tenant.
• Employment law
• Probate and Will disputes
• Contracts
• Boundary disputes
• General Litigation

You will have a sound knowledge of litigation processes and the role will involve frequently issuing court proceedings and attending court. My client will expect you to assist with the investigation and litigation of complex cases and have experience of drafting court documents, witness statements and instructions to experts.

Benefits

• The position is either full or part time and will be permanent. If you work full time your hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Your salary will be negotiable depending on your experience.
• Working from home is often effective and we believe in its benefits, so have a permanent and occasional working from home policy. You would be welcome to propose up to 40% home working.
