Litigation Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE - Tunbridge Wells
Well regarded, long established and high quality law firm are looking to recruit an additional lawyer into their dispute resolution team. This team handle a variety of clients and a variety of litigation including both commercial and civil disputes.
You will handle a broad caseload involving contract disputes, property and landlord & tenant disputes, contentious probate, professional negligence, insolvency/debt and some employment law matters too.
This is a junior level position and therefore is ideal for a NQ solicitor (or one coming up to qualification) or someone going through CILEx. At least 6 months litigation experience is essential, ideally including as many of the areas above as possible, but it is not expected that you would have covered all of them.
